🍓My Homemade Blackberry Jam Recipe.

Easy grow & trim regularly.

End of summer cut old growth canes trace down to bottom prune all canes that have produced or been harvested or brown or dying branches.

Leave new canes yet to produce & cut to 2-3 ft

Tie together 3-4 stems if poss.

My HOMEMADE BLACKBERRY JAM RECIPE

Wash and Place the blackberries and lemon juice in a large pan and simmer gently for about 15 minutes until the fruit is soft.(add sugar optional)

Turn the heat up and bring the fruit and sugar to a boil, boil for 10–15 minutes until setting point has been reached (sticky drops off spoon)

Once setting point has been reached, take the pan off the heat, spoon any scum off the top of the jam and leave to sit for about 10 minutes.

Ladle the hot jam into warm, sterile jam jars and seal immediately with a screw-top lid. Label once cold.

🌶🍕My Homemade Pizza & Growing Chillies


My homemade pizza I made , Diavola,Margarita,Calzone,

  • Preheat oven to 275°C / 530°F, or as high as it will go. Put shelf in top third of oven.
  • Mix bread plain flour 3-4 cups 500-600gms, yeast 6g, salt 15g and 20g sugar, then mix in warm 1 cup water 300-30 ml and olive oil 4 tbsp ;
  • It will come together in a bowl
  • Scrape out onto a floured work surface and bring it together into a ball; then
  • Knead for 5 minutes using your hand
  • After the dough has been kneaded using your method of choice, it’s time to let it rise roll in to ball shape.
  • Drizzle over dough in the same bowl with olive oil, then let it rest.
  • Cover with cling wrap or towel and let it rest rise 1 hour in warm place. Once the dough has risen, use immediately or refrigerate up to 5 days for even better taste.
  • Top with your ingredients mozzarella cheese ,tomatoes ,chillies ,oregano ,garlic & Bake 10 minutes, rotating at 4 minutes and checking at 8 minutes, 
  • I Enjoy & serve immediately for fresh best taste!
