Player picked up his ball & cleaned it but was not on the fairway for pick and place relief. So unfortunately recieved a 2 stroke penalty.
Ball goes in pond red stakes.take point of entry (1)then drop not nearer to flag inside 2 club lengths.
Option (2)take in line as far back as you like from entry to flag.(3)or go back and play original place you played from.all 1 stroke penalty
